We have not appointed a data protection officer, as we are not legally required to do so.

We collect personal data only when you voluntarily provide it through our contact form:

• Name
• Email address
• Company name (optional)
• Your message content

We also store your language preference (DE/EN) in your browser's local storage. This is not personal data and is never transmitted to our servers.

We use your contact form data exclusively to respond to your inquiry and discuss potential projects. We do not use your data for marketing, profiling, or any automated decision-making.

The processing of your data is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) when you voluntarily submit the contact form, and on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) to respond to business inquiries.

Contact form submissions are processed exclusively on our own web space and delivered to us by email. No external form or email service is involved, and your data is not transferred to third countries.

To prevent abuse, your IP address is stored temporarily and in shortened, non-reversible form (hashed) for a maximum of 24 hours, solely to limit the number of submissions. The legal basis is our legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany, acting as our processor under Art. 28 GDPR. IONOS stores server log data (IP address, time of access, requested resource, browser type, referrer) for a short period to ensure secure and stable operation and to defend against attacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The data is processed on servers within the European Union. Further information is available in the IONOS Privacy Policy.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any other third parties.

We retain your contact form data only as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and for potential follow-up communication. You can request deletion at any time.

This website does not use cookies for tracking or analytics. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any similar tracking tools. The only data stored locally is your language preference.

On the page /website-check we offer a tool that analyses a website address you enter. We process only the address you submit and, to limit abuse, your IP address in shortened, non-reversible (hashed) form for at most 24 hours. We do not store the entered address or the generated report.

To produce the analysis, the address (and, for the design review, rendered screenshots of the page) is transmitted to the following processors:

• Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC (PageSpeed Insights), for speed measurement and page rendering. Transfer to the USA on the basis of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
• Anthropic PBC (Claude), USA, for the qualitative design analysis, on the same safeguards.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest and the pre-contractual analysis you requested (Art. 6(1)(f) and (b) GDPR). The tool sets no cookies. The report is informational and does not constitute legal advice.

As a data subject, you have the right to:
